FLOAT RENTAL: Pre-made floats may be rented. You may rent a half or full float for your business advertising. Rider limit of 12 persons (enforced by rental company). Participation at your own risk. If you want to sponsor a float but do not want to provide riders, they will be provided for you. Float riders are encouraged to dress in their school uniform, team jerseys, scout uniform, etc. or informal wear/gowns for queens & kings. We request that children under the age of 12 have an adult rider on the float with them. NO PETS.

A General Vendor space will be a 10 x 10 or 10 x 20 space. Tents & weights will NOT be provided but are required. Please submit a brief photo of goods that will be on display with your application. This is the only way the selection team will be able to review your goods. If submitting your application via email please make sure your photos are viewable as an attachment. If there is no photo provided we will not be able to guarantee your spot.

Be a part of making this holiday tradition the most magical event ever! We are hoping to give the Wallace Depot area the feel of a Hallmark Movie Christmas Fair. Our Downtown stores will be beautifully decorated and the Wallace Fire Department will be making s'mores... the Wallace Depot will be surrounded by luminaries and the Train Room will be open. Santa will have little ones on his knee whispering their Christmas list and carolers will be singing... Tara Creek will have a Christmas Tree lot set up, Cinderella Farms will be providing hayrides and we will have food and craft vendors.
